Minimum Order: US $ 1,500 Wholesale. Minimum of 12 pieces each design and color (except table cloths).
Re-orders are also subject to minimum order value and quantities.
 

Sampling: Advance payment for change of designs and colors start at US $ 100.
 

Payment Terms: All orders require a 100% deposit. Balance is payable prior to shipment. Orders once placed cannot be canceled or payment credited against future orders. In case of delay in payment, the seller will add a 1.5% monthly interest to overdue amount. The buyer agrees that, should it be necessary for the seller to institute legal action to collect amount due, the buyer is personally responsible and will pay reasonable court costs and attorney's fees incurred by the seller.
 

Delivery: Production can only begin after receipt of deposit. Allow 6 - 18 weeks for delivery. All delivery times are approximate indication only. Any delay in delivery does not entitle the buyer to cancel the order, refuse delivery or ask for indemnification or penalty.
Goods are shipped at buyer's risk under all terms of delivery, even when carriage is pre-paid and by any means of conveyance.
 

Costs: Costs are subject to change without notice. Prices in effect at confirmation of order will stand.
 

Returns: All sales are final. No returns will be accepted without written authorization from Ranjit Ahuja & Associates, Bombay. Claims can only be accepted for damaged goods and must be made within 3 days from receipt of merchandise. All orders are handcrafted. Slight variation in interpretation of pattern and color are considered as inherent characteristics of handmade products, which add to their individual character, and are not to be considered imperfections.
 

Care Guide: Recommendation for all linen with embellishment - Professionally Dry Clean.
Others: Machine wash gentle cycle or quick hand soak (10 minutes) with cold / lukewarm water, mild detergent, no bleach, line dry or tumble dry low heat, steam press on reverse when slightly damp.
